1.Sales
Work with customers to obtain forecasts for all current programs
On a weekly basis, compile all forecast information from China customers (and other sources) and provide to US SBU Manager
Track and qualify all new sales leads
Direct all new sales leads to the appropriate SBU manager or sales manager (in China, US, or BV)
Compile and manage list of all new sales leads
Communicate status of all new sales leads to Kyle and SBU/Sales team
Generate and send weekly sales reports
Support SBU managers in sales and marketing research.
Attend appropriate trade shows and events to create new leads.
Create sales materials for China markets and customers
Respond to all "cold calls"
Create and manage RO website content, working with US iSVC team to host and publish.
Actively search out new sales opportunities for Reell products and technologies
Perform competitive benchmarking and analysis as required by SBU managers.
Assist US sales team in setting pricing and delivery terms forward quotes
Assist in negotiating contracts for new sales activities
Develop regional sales and marketing plans to represent all Reell SBUs
Create proposals and sales presentations for new customers and opportunities
2.Customer Service
Receive and review all China PO's. Verify accuracy of pricing, part numbers, delivery date(s), shipping addresses, etc.
PO entry into M2K or forward to US CSR
Email or FAX copies of PO's to US CSR.or have customer copy original future order entered from RO
Maintain files of all PO's open orders hard copy for 6 months after complete, scan and file electronically for 7 years (by Customer,PN, Program
Provide PO confirmation to customers within 24 hours, assure customer communication-never leave customer wondering
Work with US operations to determine shipping and delivery dates for all PO's
Provide ETA of all shipments to customers (forward shipping notification and invoice) make sure we are forwarding to right person at customer
Log andTrack shipments and communicate shipping or delivery problems to customers
Take leadership role in resolving all shipping, import, customs, or delivery issues in China.
Review and monitor customer credit, assist with collections and account resolution.Assist customer with account questionsverifying customer invoices as requested Research and contract with Credit verification service (local D&B)
Act as first contact for all questions related to order status.
Provide daily new order summary for US operations
On a daily basis, check with US CSR on any open issues or concerns
Provide weekly summary of orders to Comsys for all commissioned sales.
Track status of all orders
Answer any incoming "cold calls" or emails for company information, product literature, samples, etc.
Initiate RMA with US, followup with customer to assure satisfactory resolution
Responsible to keep Reell RO current with government import/export regulations as well as international shipping, banking and customs documentation
Integrate certain new customer requirements-(shipping needs, spreadsheet needs etc) into system
Update forecast spreadsheets weekly fo assigned accounts
Generate quotation and distribute them to relevant customers
Coordination among ODM, HQ and 2nd tier for all the new programs
Regular customer visit to establish relationship with multi-level contacts

3.Quality Engineer
       
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION:

·         To become increasingly familiar with the company's value base and to take an active role in continuous improvement in our pursuit of excellence.

·         To assure the supervision of the personnel and the effective and efficient operation of the Quality Services Department.

·         To assure the development and effective implementation of process control procedures and equipment at our vendors and within our own manufacturing department.

·         To assure the development and effective implementation of quality audit procedures and reports.

·         To establish and maintain customer confidence in our process control and quality audit procedures.

·         To provide quality assurance consultation to manufacturing, sales, purchasing and vendors as required.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

1.       Assures the anticipation and provision of personnel and equipment requirements to meet the objectives of the Quality Services Department.

2.       Assures the training, supervision, motivation and direction of all department personnel.

3.       Assures the maintenance of job descriptions and the completion of annual conferences for all department personnel.

4.       Assures the development and implementation of plans for personal growth, including, but not limited to, supplemental education for all department personnel.

5.       Assures the maintenance of discipline, order and efficiency of the department.

6.       Assures the provision of quality audit documentation for purchased items and manufactured products.

7.       Assures the publication of complete reports on the quality level of incoming parts and work done in production.

8.       Assures early contact with suppliers and develops strong working relationship.  This includes an emphasis on process capabilities, inspection procedures, and problem correction.

9.       Assures the publication of complete data on the effectiveness of supplier and production process capabilities and process control.

10.   Assures the development, implementation and maintenance of process control and quality audit procedures and equipment as required.

11.   Assures the effective implementation of performance and life testing procedures and equipment.

12.   Assures that calibration is done and calibration records are maintained on all instruments and gages according to established procedures.

13.   Provides quality assurance assistance to the Production, Materials Mgmt. and Sales Departments as required.

14.   Understands management philosophies, policies, and objectives.  Communicates, interprets, explains, and assures that all departmental duties and responsibilities are carried out in a way that is supportive and consistent with those philosophies, policies, and objectives.

15.   Sets the example of dedication, commitment, and integrity and integrity for the department.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR POSITION:

1.       Engineering degree or equivalent experience.  Prefer experience in the manufacturing industry with mechanical engineering background.

2.       Experience/expertise in inspection, process control and quality audit procedures.

3.       Experience/skills in domestic and international customer requirements/relationships. 
 
EDUCATION REQUIRED FOR POSITION:

·         B.S graduate with appropriate level math, verbal, reading and writing skills in English

4.Machenical Engineer

 

This position will initially be located at Reell’s RO office in Shanghai. As a result, the candidate must be willing and able to move to Reell’s new facility in 2007.

Supplier development and quality engineering. 

·         Identify potential new suppliers

·         Survey supplier capabilities

·         Resolve supplier quality issues

·         Document corrective and preventive actions

·         Perform regular supplier quality audits

·         Work with suppliers to convey new product requirements

·         Oversee first article inspections at suppliers

 

Application engineering

·         Interact with China customers to understand product requirements

·         Learn about Reell’s products and technologies, and answer technical questions from sales, customer service, and customers in China.

·         Arrange for translation and review of technical information as needed

 

Customer quality engineering

·         Act as first line response to any customer quality issues

·         Perform initial failure analysis on-site, or at Reell’s China facilities and report to Reell’s US or BV operations and engineering team

·         Provide or present corrective and preventive action reports to customers as needed

Coordinate in-country rework, inspection, and/or sorting activities as needed
