Proide high level of customer service and project company image by greeting external and internal customers, contractors and other visitors in a timely, courteous and friendly manner.
Provides high level of telephone communication techniques, ensuring three ring policy and ability to deal with coustomer complaints.
Assists with overflow work from SBUs, consisting of typing, mail outs, envelope stuffing, and telephone back up for SBUs.
Ensures reception area including desks, tabkes, cupboards and drawers are kept in a clean, tidy and orderly manner.
Coordination of meeting room bookings in an efficient and timely manner (includes equipment/facility required).
Ensure DuPont's security and safety procedures anre adhered to (security door, visitor badges and registration).
Ensures all reception resources (telephone lists) and procedures anr up-to-date.
Ensure product information system is up-to-date.
Qualifications/experiences:
Strong interpersonal skills with customer focus are required.
Ability to handle difficult callers, visitors and tasks with ease.
Ability to prioritise and organise multiple requests and tasks.
Ability to work with little or no supervision.
Working knowledge of office systems and equipment sound computer skills, utilising word, email, excel.
High level of grooming/presentation required to meet business standards.
