Position Description:
Provide support and actively give input to product program on build preparations as well as during the build. Manages BA equipments and facilities to fulfill build requirements. Work with program BA team to solve the problems found during the builds. New technology and manufacture solution deployment
- Keep PPB BA related facilities in good condition that can be used at any time.
- Keep the BA facilities in PPB up to date with proper scale, so fulfill the increasing requirements from program side.
- Adjust BA equipments and facilities for new product program and support build execution so that the targets of builds can be achieved. Including OTS, OTF, MFR, quantity and so on.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions on BA related findings to program adding value to the builds.
- As process owner, involve in network information sharing meeting, keep PPB updated on new BA technology.
- Work with program team to analyse and solve problems found during builds.
- Individually contributes to some projects as an experienced team member
- Share new findings during builds with mass production factory.
