职位描述: Key Responsibilities and Duties:
1.Normal secretarial and administrative work,
2.Perform storage and retrieval duties for documents (e.g. filing, drawings and other documents),
3.Perform clerical work as required for General Manager,
4.Perform special projects assigned by General Manager,
5.Perform other duties as assigned by General Manager.
Skill:
1.Must be able to operate standard office equipment,
2.Must have good PC skill including in-depth knowledge of MS Office products,
3.Must have good time communication skills and the ability to correspond changing priorities,
4.Good English language skills.
