职位描述：
职责：Maintaining a preferred supply base for the commodity that is capable of providing Autoliv with the supplies needed on competitive terms and conditions and at the appropriate quality level;
Driving the development of the supply base for continuous improvement of the competitiveness,cost,efficiency,quality and service.
Be responsible for outcome of any sourcing decisions taken for the commodity.
Ensuring optimization of all business done with assigned within the commodity with regards to both cost and risk.
Be responsible for reaching the annual savings goal for the assigned suppliers within the commodity.
Be responsible for keeping the Supplier Information Database accurate and updated.

Familiar with commodity purchasing
Experience in Auto parts industry
Functional experience in purchasing
Knowledge in Finance/Business Admin./Legal
Technical understanding
Negotiation skills
Communication skills
Fluent English both in written and speaking
Know about APQP,TS16949,QS9000
Know about basic knowledge of metal/steel
General ideas about cost evaluation
