职位描述: Key Accountabilities:
1.To handle general enquiries.
2.To handle daily operations for individual consignees in accordance with consolidation procedures.
3.To assist superior in handling daily activities relating to individual customers and handle customers’ claims and complaints.
4.To take up additional tasks as required to meet the Department’s needs.

1. Good English writing and speaking is recommended
2. Good telephone manner.
3. Hardworking and willing to work overtime.
4. To be efficient, customer oriented, initiative, willing to learn, and self-driven.
5. To be able to share the workload with other team members.
