补充说明：
1、  
每周至少保证3个全天工作日（周六、日不上班除外）；应该至少需要一年，一年中不会考
虑转为正式员工，一年后根据公司的需求情况再看是否会转在正；在校学生的我们会安排
签订实习协议，不是在校生的暂时不考虑；
2、  报酬：RMB12.5/小时，按正常每天8小时即为100元一天。

Job Description

Position	:	temp for the BRD lab
Department	:	Research & Development
Reporting to	:	BRD scientist
Location	:	Shanghai
Updated Date	:	Dec.26, 2006


Major Responsibilities:		
Culture cells and do related cell experiments;
Do enzyme related experiments;
Clean and maintain the lab and lab equipment;

Principle Objectives:
Assist the BRD scientist to do basic research.
Maintain good working conditions in the lab.

Qualifications:
Graduate students (Grade 1 or 2);
Major in biochemistry, molecular biology or medicine;
Have experience in cell cultures and basic biochemistry experiments;
Strong responsibility and good team work. 
Can work at least 3 days per week in the lab.

Major Responsibilities:	


Weighing the raw materials for the batch pilot
Assembling the lab pilot samples.
Pre-grinding the pigment dispersion.
Clean and maintain the lab equipment.
Follow and record the bulk stability and compatibility test.



Principle Objectives:

Assist chemists to develop new products.
Maintain good working conditions in the lab

Qualifications:

1. Major in Fine Chemistry or Biochemistry
2. Good at experiments and work hard
3. Fluent oral, written and spoken English 
4. Well organized and proactive
