job title:Senior Development Engineer

"   Proactive develop new formulations for customers and support of technical
customer projects
"   Organize and schedule lab projects in a reasonable and efficient manner

"   Lead a technical team, e.g. conduct lab experiments personally to
demonstrate a role model to team members
"   Support technical service for local APAC customers in close cooperation
with BD manager and marketing unit; be able to teach customers basic
aspects of formulation, (safe) handling of raw materials and production
of paints

"   Be able to present technical issues inside CAS and/or to customers

Education, Qualifications and Skills

(e.g. education background, professional experience, project experience,
leadership experience, special training/skills, etc)

"   Barchelor in Sciences, Technical Education or similar + min. 3-5 years
of professional experience in the coatings industry for protective coatings

"   Expertise in formulation and application of two-pack epoxy and PU paints
for protective coatings
"   Experience in multinational or big regional companies strongly
preferable

"   Knowledge of the APAC coating industry
"   Age: 30-35 years
"   Experience in dealing with customers
"   Good English skills
"   Good Mandarin skills
"   Computer experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
"   Experience with project work
