Title: Associate Recruiting Specialist (Junior Recruiter)

Recruiting Purpose:

The person will be based at Shanghai office, report to recruiting specialist in Shanghai and will have a dotted line to Europe Recruiting Manager who will have a coaching role.

He/she will also be asked to assist to do sourcing/recruiting for other countries worldwide when the workload in China will not occupy him full time.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, major in Business\Management\English related subjects. 

2. Strong English skills, excellent Oral English ability. 

3. Has 1-2 years recruiting or HR working experience, and has a long-term career development in HR fields. New graduates who can learn fast also can be considered.

4. Good MS-Office skills, such as Excel\PowerPoint, good presentation skills.

5. A good team player, skilled at communication with external and internal customers.
