Defect Management Senior Engineer 缺陷管理工程师

职位要求：
1) Able to reduce defects in process/equipment for the purpose of line and probe yield improvement
2) Responsible for process defect pareto and indices
3) Able to troubleshoot defect excursions
4) Responsible for process flow segmentation to introduce inspection steps at critical process
5) Responsible for Yield forecast/modeling base on defect point of view
6) Responsible for defect control specs (SPC) and disposition procedures
7) Participate in equipment acquisition process – DM and PE check
8) Responsible in cost reduction activities
9) Must have good knowledge in inspection and review tools theory and applications in order to create and optimize inspection and review tool recipes
10) Good knowledge in SPC, MES and QC Story tools
11) Good problem solving skills
12) Knowledgeable in Microsoft software e.g. Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
13) Minimum 1 years experience in Semiconductor area
