职位描述：
Using English as working language, and develop software for European Customers. Normally this position is base in Beijing, it's possible to work in European customers' side for short term.
1, experience in J2EE/Java developement
2, read and write document in nice english
3, be good at learning, communication & team work
4) Expertise in developing based on opensource frameworks, such as Struts/WebWork/Spring/Hibernate
5) Strong skill in using open source tools, such as Ant/Maven/CVS/Svn/Junit etc
6) Rich experience in developing on Relational Database, Expertise in SQL & RDBMs, such as MySQL，Oracle，MS SQL Server，PostgreSQL，HSQL etc
