汤姆逊（北京）集成电路研发中心 | | 联 系 人：HR | 汤姆逊（北京）集成电路研发中心组建于2005年11月，是汤姆逊全球性半导体器件产品研发系统（TSC）年轻的一员。它的组建，符合汤姆逊集团专注于数字媒体和娱乐的全球战略，也体现了汤姆逊在中国发展其集成电路事业的决心。
除汤姆逊（北京）集成电路研发中心以外，目前TSC在法国、美国、德国、比利时等国拥有数百人的IC设计队伍，其设计活动涵盖了从算法、体系结构、前、后端设计，到IP核和SoC集成的各个领域。其中，xDSL调制解调IC、数字电视前端信号处理（tuner, demodulator）IC、和专业级数字媒体制作IC等集成电路产品是TSC的传统长线产品，在相关市场上有相当的份额和信誉。
汤姆逊（北京）集成电路研发中心将集中关注于数字视音频信号处理IP开发和SoC设计，尤其是针对移动多媒体市场的设计，和针对高清数字视频应用的设计。已经和正在规划中的集成电路产品路线图，将重点针对欧洲和北美的移动电视市场、中国的高清数字电视和STB市场以及消费类视频设备市场设计出相应的IC产品。
汤姆逊（北京）集成电路研发中心秉承TSC一贯的重视核心技术和IP战略的传统，除与其它实验室共享丰富TSC的IP库资源以外，还以其自身的研发活动不断丰富TSC的IP库。当前研发重点方向包括：
支持包括ITU-T H.264、MPEG-2、VC-1、AVS等在内的多种视频编码标准的ASIC结构
具有多路音视频编解码能力的ASIC结构
支持数字移动电视等应用的低功耗片上系统SoC设计
支持有线电视 / 卫星 / 地面数字电视机顶盒的片上系统SoC设计
同时，汤姆逊（北京）集成电路研发中心还与汤姆逊集团的全球研发中心（Corporate Research）以及接入平台和网关（Access Platform and Gateways）等研发部门紧密配合，在板级硬件设计和系统软件等层面开展工作，为用户提供性能优越、功能适合的最终产品参考设计。
支持这些部门在中国的业务发展，将有助于更深刻地了解中国市场的需求，促进前沿科技向尖端产品的转化，从而进一步强化中国在全球娱乐传媒及技术领域中的地位。

Skills & Education:
Bachelor's degree in communication Science, Computer Science or related discipline (Masters preferred)
Strong experience and good understanding of WLAN 802.11 a/b/g system, Ethernet, TCP/IP and other standard
Experience with WLAN router or WLAN modem SW development is a plus.
Familiarity with Embedded system development: ARM processor, ADS platform
Strong C/C++, VC and code optimization skills
Familiarity with script: makefile script, Active Perl language
Maintain a professional service attitude throughout her/his interactions with customers; Communicates customer information and feedback to M&S.
Good spoken and written English skills
Good study and adaptation capability
