- Job Duties:
Provide first point of contact for translation projects on customer inquires and translation job analysis and requirements. Coordinate projects throughout the workflow process. Duties include, receive translation requests, work with translation language managers to determine data requirements, assign resources, communicate to appropriate individuals, and track job status until final completion to ensure on-time job delivery. Ensure the integrity of the data in the job tracking system.
Function as customer rep for inquires and issues related to translations.
Provide support to external vendors and internal customers worldwide.
Assist in training on translation processes and tools.
Qualifications:
Native speaker of Chinese with excellent command of both oral and written English as well as Chinese.Bachelor’s degree in English language and literature, business and marketing field. Knowledge and commitment in continual learning of technical topics in engineering. Good communications and people skills. Strong customer focus. Self-starter and team player with good organizational , attention to detail, and time management. Advanced level in using MS applications with demonstrated proficiency in both English and Chinese keyboarding skills.
