Internship Position: HR Assistant

Responsibilities:

Support daily recruiting function
* Collect and archive job applications
* Schedule and coordinate interview arrangement
* Conduct telephone interview if necessary


Requirements:

* University student majoring in Human Resources or Business related
* Quick and active learning
* Good communication skill both in English and Chinese
* Patient, enthusiastic, self-motivated and result-oriented

Duration: at least 6 months and 3 days per week preferred (5 days per week dur
ing winter break)
 
Location: Caojing, Shanghai Chemical Industry Park

Transportation: Shuttle bus provided
