职位描述：
Job duties:
- Perform daily computer operate and maintenance job;
- Support and troubleshoot users I.T. problems and network infrastructure;
-Travel to Shanghai office when necessary
Requirement:
-Proficiency in helpdesk support: office standard hardware, software & network devices, with English environment.
-Proficiency in support MS Windows 98, 2000, XP, 2003, Office;
-Experience in supporting Ethernet, IPLS, ADSL, VPN, Firewall, WLAN, network printing
-At least one year supporting in business networks with English environment;
-I.T. or Computer Science graduate is an advantage, but not MUST.
-MCP, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP or others are advantages, but not MUST.
-Experience in Garment field is an advantage, but not MUST
