Job Title: Software Engineer for Firmware development
Job Category: Regular Employee

Job Responsibility:
IBM eServer xSeries BladeCenter Management Module(MM) is to monitor, control a
nd manage IBM BladeCenter product. CSTL MM team is working with Raleigh lab to
 develop new features of next generation IBM Bladecenter Advanced Management M
odule(AMM) firmware MM2v2/v3, and MM/AMM Level 3 support.  

Job Requirements:
- Excellent system programming skills in C and Linux
- Smart, quicker learner and strong problem analysis skill
- Excellent and professional communication skills, Good command of written and
 oral English
- Excellent team player
- Good knowledge in server management architecture and protocols is a strong p
lus
- Good programming skills and experience in C++, Windows is a plus
- Experience in firmware and device driver development is a plus

Qualifications:
- Degree: MS or BS degree, major in CS or equivalent
- Prior Hardware/firmware development experiences is a strong plus.
