OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
Auditing and processing client vendor’s PO, invoices and T&E expense claims into client’s SAP system timely and accurately to ensure payment effect to local vendors and client’s employees

Responsibilities/Authorities
-Auditing and processing invoice in client’s Accounts Payable system to meet SLAs
-Strictly following standard accounts payable policy and procedure during the day to day operation
-Identifying problem invoices and proactively communicating with client operation members and giving them necessary support to solve problem.
-Retrieving and providing monthly ship-owner’s supporting documents
-Maintaining AP reports, such as Priority Payment Log, daily activity report for monthly service matrix reporting.
-Providing audit support for related documents
