职位描述：
Leading A/R controlling team and responsible for VAT invoice managerment, fixed expense accounting and managerment, External customer service.
Job Responsibility
Invoice Processing
Collect daily billings and make classification and translation
Issue sales and business invoice with supports from WGQFTZ, including VAT and General Invoices
Check all the tax invoices and make on time delivery to customers
Invoice Booking & Reconciliation
On-VAT invoice book into SAP system
Update invoice records in SAP system
Handle some special cases. (Cancel invoice, re-issue invoice, etc.)
Ccoordinate with FTZ agent, sales assistants and customers
Assist Account receivable management. Provide Weekly A/R reports and reconciliations
Assist tax reporting
Other Accounting and Admin issues
Qualification and Requirements
Holder of local accountant license
Has accounting experiences in Western Sales or Prod. Company
Willing work overtime and under pressure
Major in accounting/auditing/finance/economics
Good at MS Office operation and has basic knowledge about computer and network setup
Fluent in written and oral English
Good communication abilities
Experiences in working with SAP system is preferable
