职位描述: ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible for maintaining optimum levels of inventory in assigned product categories by working within the guidelines provided as set by the Planning Manager.
-Assist with materials planning, production optimization and inventory control. This will include monitoring of raw materials usage history, finished goods shipping history, sales forecast etc.
-Determine future needs and make a plan accordingly to optimize inventory and production.
-Analysis of sales and usage data from QAD
-Work with production & contract mgmt to create stocking plans
-Work with manufacturing to organize production schedule and open work orders for Made-to-Order and Made-to-Stock items.
-Work with the sourcing to set re-order points and order quantities
-Monitor the age of FG & RM and provide information to various departments to minimize over-aging of materials & assist the warehouse in segregating such materials
-Other tasks as required to execute the assigned job responsibility
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
-College degree major in technical or biz mgmt field is required.
-Experience with Materials Requirement Planning is required.
-Mind for details, good organizational skills and very meticulous (careful) in completing tasks are required
-Good Teamwork spirit, boundless working style
-Excellent English in both oral and written
-Proficient in PC skill, such as MS Word, Excel, etc
