1.Overivew of Global Commodity Manager responsibilities:
2.Supplier selection to support IBM PCB hardware requirements
3.contract, price and liability negotiation with PCB suppliers
4.Managing ongoing supplier relationship to achieve cost targets, attain quality requirements and ensure continuity of supply of PCB parts
5.Managing suppliers throughout the life of IBM programs (from early stages in the development phase, through launch to market to final withdrawal from market)

Skills required:
1.College graduated
2.Good communication skills on both writen and spoken English

长城国际系统科技（深圳）有限公司（ISTC）由国际商业机器有限公司（IBM）与中国长城计算机集团于2004年12月12日正式签署成立，其中IBM占80%股份，长城计算机集团占20%股份。ISTC总部位于深圳科技园，同时在福田保税区设有外销生产基地，由IBM中国采购中心提供相关采购支持。ISTC从制造X系列服务器开始，现已涉足生产P系列和零售系统解决方案。ISTC已经成为IBM多种进出口硬件产品的生产基地，同时还具备采购服务、全球物流、客户支持和销售服务支持的相关业务，为生产提供强而有力的支持。作为IBM产品的全球战略基地，ISTC赋成本优势的端对端解决方案能够为客户提供高质敏锐可靠的服务。

CPC Introduction
First established in 1996, and licensed as a 100% IBM owned subsidiary in March, 2004, the IBM China Procurement Company (CPC) is headquartered in Shenzhen.

CPCs mission is consistent with that of IBM Global Procurement, our parent organization to build the worlds first on-demand supply chain requiring optimized processes and integrated systems that extend to customers and suppliers. We will accomplish this by leveraging the skills of our people globally to form a tightly integrated team that achieves industry-leading cost, flexibility, quality, and technology throughout IBMs supply chain, end-to-end.

As China continues to grow in significance and size to IBMs overall supply chain operations, CPCs responsibilities are inherently growing larger. CPC is providing production procurement, general procurement, distribution procurement, market intelligence, and procurement consulting services for IBM on a global basis.

ISTC Introduction
Founded on December 12, 2004, ISTC is a foreign-invested joint venture company, owned by IBM and the Great Wall Group. It will become one of the strategic manufacturing bases of IBM global integrated supply chain.
ISTC is headquartered in the Science Park of Shenzhen, and has export manufacturing base in the Futian Free Trade Zone. IBM China Procurement Center will provide the procurement support. IBM has 80% shareholdings, while Great Wall Group has 20%.
ISTC manufacturing portfolio started with xSeries and now includes pSeries servers and RSS products. It is a strategic manufacturing site supporting multiple IBM hardware products for both on-shore and worldwide fulfilment. Supporting the manufacturing mission is a strong procurement, global logistics, customer support and sales support team.

ISTC and CPC focuses on developing a strong management team backed by experienced employees. Through a nurturing and achievement-oriented environment, ISTC and CPC encourage employees to participate actively in company growth. As the result, ISTC and CPC will be a driving force behind IBMs transformation into the worlds first on-demand supply chain.
