- Responsibilities:
-Handle all in-coming customer telephone calls regarding product sales
-Proactively calling customers via telephone to introduce products
-Internal sales order placement
-Customer database maintenance
-Tracking customer shipments and delivery
-Tracking customer payments
-Planning and executing search for potential customers
Qualifications:
-Preferably a diploma holder or higher education
-Good spoken/written Chinese & English
-Familiar with MS Word & Excel (In general, good PC skills)
-Good telephone skills
-Ability to plan and organize
-Experience with ERP system is an advantage
-Good interpersonal skills
-Professional and proactive service attitude
-Good team work
