OCBC Bank (Singapore), is offering an internship position in HR for aspiring students who would like to obtain hands-on working experience in the HR field. This is a rare opportunity as you will be assisting the Talent Management manager in the areas of recruitment and training.

You will have the opportunity to experience many innovative programs, tools and processes that enable managers to identify, develop, motivate, reward and retain the talents.

OCBC’s HR team relentlessly seek strategic human resource solutions for talent management, succession planning, employee satisfaction and performance management. This includes embedding employee development, accountability and execution into the organizational culture.

Requirements

-         3rd or final year student majoring in HR, Psychology, Business, or Communications

-         Excellent interpersonal and communication in both Chinese and English

-         Strong passion in human resources and appreciate the critical need for confidentiality

-         Good researching, planning and organizing skills

-         Computer skills in Microsoft Office, internet and database management
