A US Fortune 500 company is looking for an Intern for MarCom support: 

 

Main Responsibilities

 

-          Media contact database maintenance and other database maintenance


-          Regular update of media & PR as well as employee communications s
chedules / plans

-          Support with news release and article drafting and translating in
to English

-          Maintain standard press kit, support developing new materials as 
needed 

-          Support in media and other event organization (invitation and att
endance confirmation, on-site support, publication follow-up)

-          Regular media monitoring, and news placement follow up 

-          News clipping synopsis translation and clipping report creation

-          Upload media clips into VOCUS

-          Support quarterly Trane leadership conference call logistics and 
follow-up evaluation

-          Other support work as deemed needed

 

Qualifications and other requirements

Education

-          Batchelor degree student in journalism, language / literature or 
business administration

-          Master degree student an advantage

Capabilities

-          Mature personality, self-confident

-          Attention to detail

-          Reliable

-          Has initiative

-          Good communication skills

-          Good planning and organizing skills

-          Team player

Experience

-          Prior work experience in Foreign Invested Enterprise an advantage


Languages

-          Native Chinese speaker

-          Good Chinese writing skills

-          Good spoken and written English
