Pulp & Paper Industries Product Manager
----------------------------------

Feature in technical side could be:

- Strong process automation control or signal process background.
- Good at Mathematical Model Building for different kinds of industry process control system
- Have basic knowledge on Statistical and Artificial Intelligent data analysis method
- Familiar with matlab, C++ and SPSS tools
- Master degree above, fluent of English both in oral and writing
- Resume should attach with two pieces of public technical articles in recent three years

- Research & Product development, system standardization for New products integration
- Familiar with Pulp & Paper process, Product management & execution with Presentation, negotiation with Pulp & Paper plants
- Product for pulp making optimization (through computer control), product for waste water treatment of pulp & paper mill

- Pulp & Paper plants造纸厂

要点:
- 建立数学模型, 研究计算机模糊控制, 对造纸厂工艺熟悉
- 把国外的自动化产品, 如何建立标准化的系统, 系统标准化, 来适应中国造纸行业, 可能与高校合作.
- 给客户做presentation, negation, 执行产品发展项目.
- More on RD/ Sales person

- To provide consultant service on Drive products, mainly about inverters
- To carry out R&D project for inverter specifics.

Tasks
------------------------
- To investigate the application situation and study the requirements of Drive products in some branch indurstries such as elevator, pump, fan, and etc..
- To cooperate with R&D group in Germany to develop new inverter products in local market
- To communicate with local university, industry institute and other research organization

Master degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering

- Comprehensive knowledge about AC/DC drives
