职位描述：
Roles & Responsibilities
Participate, develop, and drive Global Procurement strategies and activities for commodity.br- Ability to effective manage strategic, complex, supplier relationships.br- Superior negotiation skills at all levels of management using analytical and creative approaches to problem solving/resolution.br- Project management skills, good communication skills both written/verbal (bilingual (English/Chinese) a plus) throughout the levels of organizations.br- Ability to manage multi functional activities across Procurement, Marketing, Fulfillment, Development, Finance, etc.br- Experience in Procurement quoting process including understanding of customer, product, and financial requirements, coordinate sourcing team, make awards and insure all proper documentation is in place to meeting Procurement business controls regulations.br- Ability to identify, propose, execute on cost savings opportunities, deliver max savings potential.br- Insure continuity of supply for commodity.br- Familiarity with International logistics.br- Accountable for Procurement measurements for commodity.br- Participate, coordinate regular meetings including, but not limited to cost reviews, technical roadmap reviews, cross functional strategic supplier interlocks, executive engagements, etc.br- Conduct regular financial risk assessments, supplier performance evaluations.
Requirements
BS/BA, BBA, MS/MA in Business, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, Production/Ops Management, Project Management, Supply Chain Management/Logistics.
