Job Description:
The main job is to verify that the products are in line with the standards, then to check the compliance on the complete product with the help of Rennes.
The jobholder must also participate to the implementation and to the improvement of the CMM quality policy of the site
The job holder will actively contribute mainly to:
The follow-up of the EMC & Safety standard evolutions (International / European / Chinese standards). She or he will also participate in Chinese / International standardisation meetings.
The follow-up of the certification of the Set Top Boxes which are developed in Beijing (ODM products included)
The checking of the work of the local EMC & Safety Lab partner. She or he will visit frequently this partner in order to ensure that the test conditions are correct.
The Verification of the EMC & Safety reports sent by the external Lab (partner Lab included).
In addition, she or he will organise the life-tests of the products developed in Beijing and will have a look on the environmental Chinese standard evolution
Education and Skills
The candidate is an engineer, with experience in Set Top Boxes (Digital Decoders).
The candidate must have a double ability in software and hardware.
If possible, knowledge of digital and analogue domains in set top boxes.
The jobholder must be able to find relevant information and to adapt permanently priorities and planning.
The candidate must have a good level in English.
