Job Summary
Technical Student Intern, works at ERI, be responsible for managing the content of OpenTech website (), and helping with OpenTech related activities.
is backed by Sun and aimed to be the open technology portal for China's university students and teachers.
Job Description
Responsibility:
i) Collect, categorize and update the decentralized materials regarding Sun's open source technologies (OpenSolaris, OpenSparc NetBeans...), and relative academic programs (SAI, Campus Ambassador, EduConnection, StudentConnection...);
ii) Develop the on-line content of , and ensure it to be concurrent, well-organized and shown nicely;
iii) Help with OpenTech related activities, e.g. coordinate on-line community activities and develop surveys, brochures, posters, DVDs, etc.
Qualifications
- Strong technical background;
- Good communication skill, especially writing skill;
- Good problem solving skills
- Familarity with open source technologies;
- Teamplayer and Self motivated;
