职位描述: -Coordinate and arrange inspection schedules
-Communicate with clients & suppliers for job organization
-Prepare inspection schedule log
-Document control as per Standard Operative Procedure
-Report checking
-Team coordination
-Client files follow-up and coordination with our different offices.
-Administrative paper work: typing, filing, files back-up and registration. Updating files, forwarding information, collecting and printing reports and comments, saving and submitting reports results and agreement. Sample and technical file registration and shipment.
-Responsible for its activity under our engineer authority.
