职位描述：
Roles & Responsibilities
1.Manage a team of professional staff on order fulfillment process into multiple manufacturing plants, tracks all orders to shipping and provides reports to senior managers on daily performance.
2.Interface with geography sales operations team for weekly product demand planning.
3.Interface with local and world wide supply chain teams to ensure commodity supply is available to close customer orders across manufacturing sites.
4.Ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize 5.Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish personal goals and set challenging goals for team.
6.Performs a variety of data analysis tasks, leads and directs the work of others.
Requirements
1.Must be highly self motivated and results driven
2.Personal integrity
3.Proven management experience in senior manufacturing, logistics or supply chain position in a high volume electronics business
4.Previous experience working in a multi national or joint venture company preferred
5.Good communication skills; high standard of written and spoken English necessary
6.Working knowledge of SAP and i2 systems
7.Plan and deliver agreed cost and expense budget
8.Relevant university degree
9.Strong leadership and communication skills.
10.Experience in Supply planning, fulfillment, distribution and account management experience.
11.Ability to handle big and remote teams.
