·Proven ability of innovation and introduction of key technologies to serve both new and existing markets.
·Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact across functions.
·Have passion, enthusiastic & good team spirit.
·Strong English speaking and written skills required.
·Familiarity with computer application software.
Desired:
·Experience in research & development related to silicone polymer materials is a plus.
