职位描述：
Job Description
1.Attend client briefing meetings where appropriate
2.Assist the Consultant preparing the target company list for assignments
3.Databases all directories and publications relating to a specific search, prior to creating the long list
4.Compile both long and source lists from the company's database
5.Carry out desk based research for assignments including cold work into company structures, identifying potential new candidates and gathering public domain information on these companies
6.Ensure that the information obtained from the database is correct, switchboard checked, that any recent relevant leavers are identified and their whereabouts are identified
7.Conduct source calls to third parties and directly to candidates
8.Keeps the Consultant fully informed on the progress of the research
9.Prepare progress of interim reports for Consultants
10.Attends the client research presentation meeting
Search Execution
1.Manage the market and company intelligence gathered through the sourcing process, logging this on company's database and incorporating the data into client research documents
2.Draft client research, progress, interim, initial research and status reports
3.As appropriate, attend initial interviews to increase focus and accuracy identifying candidates
