职位简介:
Basic Responsibilities:The Whole Building Analyst is responsible for conducting computer-based building simulation analyses for total building optimization, including:? Data input assessment, evaluating state-of-the-art building technologies that can be modeled in the high performance models, with particular emphasis on mechanical systems (HVAC) and alternative heating/cooling systems, such as displacement ventilation;? Document reviews, reviewing CAD drawings to determine thermal parameters and building configurations;? Review and comment on client project working documents (mechanical equipment);? Data Gathering, supervising the collection of all data points necessary for whole building project analyses;? Modeling, building baselines and various high performance building models;? Analysis and report writing, analyzing the data and writing client energy reports.

Requirements

Major in HVAC,Architecture or Civil Engineering or other fields of study related to the building industry;
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in design institutes or other building industries;
Excellent communication skills;
Good spoken and written skills in English;
Team player
