职位描述/要求：
Location: Shanghai / 工作地点 ： 上 海 Key responsibilities / 主要职责 : · Ensure training and coaching of HSEQ supervisors and managers in the sites · Follow up the implementation of HSE general rules & procedures for Arkema China activities according to HSE corporate rules (HSE manual), and follow up with the necessary corrective actions. · Follow up activities of HSEQ managers in sites to ensure the achievements of the fixed HSEQ objectives · Assist Arkema China sites to prepare ISO9001, ISO14001 management system certification. · Support sites for risk analysis and major accidents (potential major incidents) investigation · Supports sites on environmental protection management and occupational health management · Assist Arkema China sites for the safety management of construction site for the on-going new projects · Support sites to establish Arkema HSE world class management system according to international criteria. · Support to sites and BU for product Chinese regulation information · Directly Support and Manage Arkema Shanghai Distribution and Arkema Shanghai office HSEQ issues · Maintain the Crisis Management system of Arkema China, and provide trainings
Qualification / 资历要求 ： · Bachelor degree or above in chemistry or toxicity · Strong motivation to work in a challenging environment and in HSE field · Good planning, communication skills · Willing to learn · Fluent English · Computer skills · Chinese mother tongue 联系方式：
