You will focus on the design/construction, care/maintenance, and assessment of HP buildings and property.
Qualifications
Your profile
Bachelor's degree (undergraduate) or equivalent diploma in Business,
Engineering,Architecture,Design or related disciplines
Ability to determine and develop approaches to assignments independently
Ability to partner with internal and external providers
Proficient knowledge of facilities services and programs
Technical depth and breath of industry, supplier, technology, accounting,procurement and contracting processes
Broad knowledge of the design needs and characteristics of site buildings,building systems and/or interior spaces
Evaluation and review experience
Program design experience
Program and/or project management
Understanding of basic business concepts
Ability to recognize the relationship between business needs and site services
Administration and record keeping
Planning and scheduling
