- EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Business and industry expertise (best practices, trends and business models)
- Knowledge of Mid Enterprise market
- Sales skills
- Risk management understanding
- Ability to learn quickly, deal with tense and uncertain situations, and a high level of ambiguity
- Ability to show a high level of confidence in all situations will all levels of client
- Ability to work independently, as part of a virtual team and engage fully in both work and knowledge sharing activities
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Sell solutions and services and drive the evaluation phase activities
- Define high-level & detailed solution requirements by mapping the application solution capabilities to requirements of prospects and customers
- Guide/coach prospect through the trial phase
- Select and monitor KPIs based on customer improvement goals
- Identify solution gaps and propose alternatives, workarounds or enhancements
- Establish data migration and OCM strategy
- Coordinate with back office the design of alternatives, workarounds or enhancements
- Qualify the ability of prospect to perform the expected go-live activities and determine/sell services accordingly (service packages or on demand services)
- Asses project risks and initiate mitigation plan
- Responsible for all solution and services proposal activities, without being responsible for sales contracts
- Handover at the end of the evaluate phase (go-live or exit strategy)
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Broad business scenario expertise across several business areas of CRM, SRM, Fin, SCM, PLM, HR, Analytics
- Previous consulting experience and technical background are required
