Job Description:
1. Assist project manager in project documentation, including VSM, project rep
ort, procedures, policies, etc.
2. Follow up project schedule and action plan in operational level.
3. Identify and record/report problems and issues which may affect project pro
gress in details.
4. Coordinate multi-functional departments in operational level according to p
roject requirements.
5. Other assignments from IRM management.


Candidate Requirements:
1)	Postgraduate students preferred
2)	Basic knowledge of supply chain management, willing to study SCM knowledge 
further
3)	Good English, both oral and written English
4)	Good time management and communication skills
5)	Passion, initiative, self motivated
6)	Available to work at least 2 days per week
