职位描述：
Requirements:
Education background/教育背景
Bachelor Degree in electrical engineering, major in high voltage is preferred;
电气工程领域学士学位，高电压专业优先考虑；
Knowledge and skills need to own/知识及能力要求
Knowledge of Chinese power system/了解和熟悉中国的电力系统；
Good command of high voltage switchgear/良好的高压开关方面的知识和技能；
Working experiences/工作经验
2+ years solid experience on electrical designing;
两年以上的电气设计方面的直接工作经历；
Language skills/语言能力
English CET Band 4/CET 四级及以上；Good written & oral English communication skills with foreign engineers;
可以用书面和口语与外国工程师进行技术联系；
PC skills/计算机水平
Familiar with Microsoft Office 2000/熟练使用微软办公软件；
Good command of AutoCAD 2000, Visio2000/熟练运用AutoCAD 2000，Visio2000；
Preferred personality/性格要求
High sense of responsibility/高度的责任感；
Diligence and good team player/勤奋和良好的团队合作精神；
Other demand 其他要求
Good negotiation skill with client/有良好的技术谈判技巧。
应届大学本科生也可应聘助理一次设计工程师（机械专业）
Major Responsibilities:
Making drawings for offer, order and client according to requirement;
按要求制作投标的图纸，订单图纸和用户图纸；
Technical support during offer and order processing;
报价，合同执行过程中的技术支持；
Technical support to OOP and other departments;
对OOP部门内部和其他部门的支持；
GIS localization on primary side;
开展相关的GIS零部件的国产化工作；
Technical standard and technical documents management.
技术标准的修订和技术文件的整理。
