职位描述：
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Assist SW analysts to operate standard tools
Proficiency in understanding and operating the toolset sufficiently to be able to provide advice, counsel, and education to analysts / team leads as required.
Compile and execute queries, extracts, reports etc. to assist in automating manual procedures related to asset data handling.
Follow standard escalation procedures where tool issues cannot be resolved
Work with AP and global tools leads to resolve local issues as required
Knowledge of SQL to be able to write and execute intermediate level queries; strongly preferred
Database/tool administration background preferred
Fluent spoken and written English communication skills
Preferred fluency in Japanese or Korean languages
Understanding of data loading /reporting Methodologies
Platform design knowledge - intermediate
Repository design knowledge - Intermediate
Basic understanding of networking
Operating System knowledge - Intermediate
Ability to follow work instructions and execute with consistency
