现研发中心招产品设计2人：
产品设计I（1人）
要求：理工科背景，机械设计优先。
       有过相关行业1年以上工作经验。会使用PRO/E
       硕士学历
产品设计II（1人）
要求：理工科背景，机械或电气专业。
      在机械行业电气设计方面有3年以上工作经验，偏电。
      本科或以上学历。会使用PRO/E

Principal Responsibilities
 Assist application engineer to identify product design for various cu
stomers
 Initial/change/release product drawing, BOM and other product specifi
cation related documentations
 Validate components from localization activities
 Support the sales and business development activities
 Support the purchasing team to conduct cost reduction actions.

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements
 Minimum 3 years work experience with engines, power equipment or auto
mobile with following capabilities，
 Technical Knowledge of gasoline engine and end products required, sma
ll engine product experience preferred
 Understand the key elements of product quality/performance
 Familiar with engine related product validation, electrical experienc
e preferred;
 Good communication skills and interpersonal skills in both Chinese an
d English.
 Pro-E experience, 6 months or above.
 Hand-on ability to diagnose and troubleshoot application and service-
related issues.
 Willingness to work as a product design engineer
 Working knowledge of computer software, such as MS Office.
 Good oral and written communication in report and presentations 
 Quality system experience preferred
