职位描述：
Job Description:
1.Identify and resolve IT problems in time.
2.Take responsibility for prioritization, implementation and support of IT initiatives and align all objectives of each branch offices and Service centers in China
3.Ensure that technical infrastructure is adequate to meet business objectives, acting as a single point of contact for business requirements gathering and mapping to available IT services.
4.Propose and deploy IT infrastructure & business applications in China,
5.Plan and build up company website corresponding with company culture
6.Construct, monitor and review process to optimize IT support
7.Communicate with management and subsidiary personnel on all IT initiatives and status regularly.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above in computer science, communication engineering or related majors
2.3 years or above of demonstrated experience in the IT field, and 1 years or above of proven IT technical supervisory experience.
3.Knowledge of hardware, networking, telecommunications, and general infrastructure support
4.Knowledge of IT management and support processes
5.Knowledge of Website construction and maintenance
6.Good command of English and Mandarin both in written and oral
7.Experience with multinational organizations preferred
8.Be able to work under pressure and self motivated
