Job Requirements
We are seeking a Visual Communication staff capable of creativities and online designs to feed our highly successful e-business programs. The ideal candidate will offer excellent project management skills and superior design skills to thrive in this fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Responsibilities:
-Partner with e-business team members, marketing staff and copywriters to develop web-based creative solutions that sell.
-Develop and/or supervise creative design for assigned short-term (daily) and longer-term projects.
-Create design efficiencies, enforce guidelines and streamline process efforts.
-Research industry trends for email delivery as it relates to design standards.
-Provide creative direction and innovative solutions based on needs and marketing specs.
-Manage both internal design personnel and freelance resources according to budget and schedules.
-Troubleshoot and solve production issues.
-Perform work on multiple projects simultaneously. Comply with all relevant internal policies and procedures.
-Provide final signoff on projects to ensure compliance with creative intent.

Qualifications:
-College diploma with online media development portfolio.
-Strong management skills, ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management.
-Extensive hands on knowledge of software, hardware and systems knowledge.
-Knowledge of principles and practices of web development and online media.
-Knowledge in My SQL and PHP programming a plus.
-Must be proficient on Mac OS and PC platforms.
-Must be a self-starter, highly-motivated and take initiative.
-Expert knowledge of Dreamweaver MX, Flash MX, Fireworks, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
-Interested in travel and tourism industry
