Requirements:
- Outstanding university degree or equivalent, preferable in computer sciences, physics and mathematics
- Excellence in analytical and conceptual abilities, in flexibility and initiatives
- Excellent English skill in listening, verbal and written communication
- Ability to articulate the complex context and to communicate it internally and externally
Beneficial Skills to have:
- Business knowledge in Human Resource and Payroll
- Business knowledge in Banking Industry
- Familiar with business software development life cycle
- Project experiences and solid programming experiences
- Other languages skills such as Japanese, Korean and Spanish

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for development of standard solution according to the SAP development life cycle.
- Create, Maintain accurate documentation about the solution developed by you
- Strong customer focus, especially actively problem analysis and providing solutions for customer issues
- Work with worldwide development organizations to leverage collective knowledge of SAP strength and to deliver best software solution and values to our customer
- Ensure appropriate collaboration and communication internally and externally
- Provide support for product implementation

Founded in 1997, SAP Development Center China was later officially established as SAP Labs China on November 20, 2003. As one of the eight SAP global Research and Development Centers , it plays a key role in design and development, as well as leading products delivery for global, Asia Pacific and China markets. SAP Labs China provides end-to-end product development, specifically focusing on small and mid-size businesses, financial and human resource management and Netweaver development.
As a strategic R&D center, SAP Labs China has become one of the fastest growing subsidiaries of SAP. Within 2004 alone, employee growth rate doubled. By October 2005, SAP Labs China became the fifth SAP R&D center with over 450 employees. With the construction of the new campus located in Shanghai Pudong Software Park , SAP Labs China has further strengthened its commitment to the regional and local market, while maintaining a high-speed growth rate. It also plans to increase the employee staff to 1500 by 2008 and sustain its position as a world-class R&D center. |
