职位描述：
Accountabilities
1.Assist manager & purchasing officers for the ordering process on material supply which including RFQ, price comparison & forwarding/follow up arrangement.
2.Prepare APV for invoices settlement.
3.To monitor the payment processing for invoices and liaising between vendors and accounts.
4.To input/update info & data of InfoNet whenever necessary.
5.Assist manager in clerical work whenever necessary.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree, preferable with nautical knowledge;
2.Good command of English and MS-office application software including Word & Excel;
3.Basic understanding of procurement and supply process and accounting
