To serve as a driving force behind the development and maintenance of high quality customer service in Professional Support Services (PSS) US Online and beyond, helping PSS to realize its vision of creating Very Satisfied customers and clients every day. This vision will be accomplished by building a core foundation of training materials and services which will be used to develop the communication skills of Support Professionals (SPs).
Requirements
1.Bachelor Degree;
2.Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
3.Native English speaking capability is essential
4.Strong Customer Service background
5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7.Training/Teaching experience preferable
