职位描述：
Responsibilities:
The integrity of the Software Inventory Baseline information in the asset repositories, for in scope accounts.
Receipt, consolidation and simple normalization of the Software Entitlements baseline data, and simple SW reconciliation activities.
Initiating software scan requests for each account where required, and collecting/reporting on the results, frequency based on the contractual agreement
Validating that all in scope assets were scanned, and preliminary validation of the accuracy of software scans.
Performance of timely asset data uploads / updates to SW Reconciliation tools, to maintain accuracy of database repository(ies);
Raising discrepancies within the SW Reconciliation tool(s) and following up/assisting in the resolution of those discrepancies with the appropriate Region team(s) (eg. SSO, Asset Management).
Initiating required updates to the software scanning scripts with the Scan Tool(s) support team
Ensuring received entitlements data is correctly normalized in required format
Verifying that the requested entitlements data is received from region/country focal point(s).
Performing automated reconciliation and generating initial discrepancy list
Resolving initial discrepancies where possible (eg. Grammar) and referring remaining discrepancies to lead analyst.
Requirement:
Asset Management (or inventory / stock management) Background preferred
Fluent spoken and written English communication skills
Fluency in Japanese language
Strong basic Excel operational skills eg. Navigation, formatting, copy/paste
Basic Excel formula skills (eg. MATCH, VLOOKUP) are desirable
Adequate MS Access operational skills (ie. Basic queries/matching)
Ability to follow work instructions and execute with consistency
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to multi-task
Strong analytical skills
Eye for details
Strong time management skill
Ability to use IBM workstation based tools and databases
