C# Systems Developer

Must have full time work experience of at least 2 years with C#, 4-8 years experience in object-oriented languages (C++, Java, Smalltalk, etc). Undergraduate degree from a reputed university or graduate degree in Computer Science is required. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with low-level as well as highly abstract programming. Must be willing to train junior developers and take a leadership role.


Junior C# Developer

Must have completed significant academic projects using C#, WinForms and ASP.NET. Work experience of 1-2 years is desirable. A candidate should apply with excellent academic scores, a desire to learn software engineering, and ambition to grow with our company in the fast-paced financial software industry.


Java Financial Systems Developer

Must have full time work experience of at least 3 years with J2EE in a distributed enterprise environment. Familiarity with application servers such as JBoss, WebSphere will be helpful. An excellent academic record combined with strong object-oriented design and development skills will be required. Experience in financial systems messaging protocols (FIX, FpML) is desirable but not required.


Financial Systems Quality Assurance Professional

Must have experience as a software developer or user of complex financial systems, both back-end banking and front office trading systems. Software development experience is not necessary, but an interest in learning programming is highly desirable. Leadership potential, good communication skills and an excellent academic record are required.

It has grown from a core set of retail software packages to a strong client base with which we have long-term development and support contracts. Some of the projects that Fabrefactum has completed are: an algorithmic trading solution for hedge funds and institutional trading firms, a whiteboard instant messaging product, a streaming market data feed, and dynamic websites that deliver realtime account and position data for FX traders.

Fabrefactum Software, after an initial startup phase, is ready to establish an office in Beijing, China. Growth prospects are high, and our current estimates are at 40-60% growth per year in both revenue and company size. We are looking for a few key people with talent and potential that goes beyond their current skills. We are looking for people who can take leadership roles in the next few years and keep the growth momentum going.
