职位描述/要求：

Receptionist

Responsibility

1, Being in charge of the administration management, which include:

a. Reservation for business trip domestic and international;

b. Conference Room registration;

c. Supervise the service of the admin. vendors;

d. Other activities;

2, Assist/participate HR&A department work:

a. Staff information database registration;

b. Other works;

3, Assist/participate the Marketing & Communication department to receive VIP or delegation;

4, Assist/participate the Financial department for the budget following up and update, apply for the reimbursement for administrative expenses.

Requirement

1. Bachelor degree with at least one year's working experience as receptionist;

2. Fluent in spoken and written English, French is a plus;

3. Sense of responsibility;

4. Excellent communication skill;

5. Good organization skill;

6. Hard working attitude;

7. Quick adaptability;

8. Good manner.
