Assure successful customer implementation of NonStop Enterprise Division and HP solution sets through quality Systems/Application Engineering services. Support unit sales plan through pre-sales and/or post-sales Systems/Applications Engineering consulting activities. Responsible for consulting with customers in selling and supporting company products and systems. Provides techncial support in sales presentaitons, product demonstartioons, customer training and delivery of professional systems consulting/integration services. Understands, develops and delivers systems/applications solutions to customer's business, information, technical and educational needs.
Qualifications
Prior experience and demonstrated success in a similar Consulting role (Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, PreSales Engineer, Sales Engineer, Sales Consultant)
Technical knowledge and experience in enterprise level solutions
Technical knowledge and strong database experience desired
Technical competence and experience with
Demonstrated success in large sales to Fortune 500 customers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to effectively communicate on all level to a customer. Must be able to present persuasively.
Strong project management skills
Strong presentation skills. Must be able to present to all size and level audiences.
Strong sales and negotiation skills. Prior formalized sales training is desired.
Resilience and resourcefulness when solving complex problems
Ability to present proposals persuasively
Strong collaboration and team skills
Winning Attitude
Ability to have a flexible schedule and work from a home office is required
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time is required
