职位描述：
1.Job Responsibilities:
A.providing strong and professional legal support for Henkel China's acquisition of IP rights, which focuses on patents and involves trademark and copyright;
B.helping and motivating Research & Development staffs or marketing staffs to draft and file application of patents and follow up the whole application work till completion of registration;
C.providing practicial legal consultations to Research & Development staffs and business people relating to intellecutal property laws;
D.proficiently searching prior art in data base [especially at China's SIPO(State Intellectual Property Office) and SAIC's Tradmearks Office];
E.effeciently cooperating and coordinating the external law firm for acquiring, protecting and maximizing IP rights, including but not limited: application and registration, negotiating and drafting license contracts;
F.properly maintaining and renew certificates and licenses relationg to IP rights;
G.translating abstracts, claims and other documents relating to IP rights from Chinese into English and vice versa;
H.periodically collecting legal information relating to IP rights and accurately delivering to business people and R&D staffs;
I.periodically and effeciently compiling and conducting internal legal training in IP laws and regulations to business people and R&D staffs;
J.cooperating and supporting Henkel Germany and Henkel US's patent departments.
2.Qualifications:
A.master Degree in law and/must bachelor's degree in chemistry; with centern knowledge in engineering at the same time.Has good understanding of US and EU patent law
B.passed China's Bar Examination and ideally China's Patent Qualification Test;
C.solid,rich and trackable experiences in practising IP law at an international law firm or emerging local law firm;
D.strong interest in developing a career focusing on intellectual property law;
E.proficient English and Mandarin language abilities and ideally basic German language abilities;
F.mature, good communication and presentation skills;
G.quick learner and hard-working;
H.excellent PC skills.
