职位描述：
该职位要求熟练掌握英语及粤语
Function/Category:Technical Support
Scope:
Provide technical support for SAS' products and solutions on all operating system platforms to customers. May be involved in customer installations and training.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
1.Provide technical support to customers via telephone and email as necessary.
2.Research customer's questions or problems in support area and contact customer with resolutions.
3.Assimilate technical materials and handle deadlines in a multiple task environment.
4.Have excellent verbal and written communication plus good interpersonal skills.
5.Have knowledge in the area of
(1)Business Intelligence or
(2)Analytics or
(3)Storage or
(4)CRM/Call Center as well as some industry knowledge, a working knowledge of multiple operating systems, and interactions between products and/or other software or operating system components.
6.Experience in SAS programming and products are preferred.
7.Degree in Computer Software or Statistics or Data Mining or related discipline
8.Fluent in Mandarin and English. Proficiency in Cantonese is a must.
